She Conceives

Lev 12:1–13:59

“…When a woman conceives and gives birth to a male, she shall be contaminated for a seven-day period, as during the days of her separation infirmity shall she be contaminated. On the eighth day, the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.  Verse 4; If she gives birth to a female, she shall be contaminated for two weeks, as during her separation; and for sixty-six days she shall remain in blood of purity.” (Lev 12:2-5)

“Naaman came with his horses and chariot and stood at the entrance of Elisha’s house.  Elisha sent him a messenger, saying, ‘Go and bathe seven times in the Jordan; your flesh will become normal again and you will be cleansed.'” (2 Kin 5:9-10)
