Gen 13:7 — “And there was quarreling between the herdsmen of Abram’s livestock and the herdsmen of Lot’s livestock — and the Canaanite and the Perizzite were then dwelling in the land.”

Gen 15:20 — “the Hittite, the Perizzite, and the Rephaim;”

Gen 34:30 — “Jacob said to Simeon and to Levi, ‘You have discomposed me, making me odious among the inhabitants of the land, among the Canaanite and among the Perizzite; I am few in number and should they band together and attack me, I will be annihilated — I and my household.'”

Judg 1:5 — “They found Adoni-bezek in Bezek, and battled against him, and they struck down the Canaanite and the Perizzite.”

Judg 3:5 — “So the Children of Israel dwelt among the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Hivvite and the Jebusite.”

1 Kings 9:20 — “All the people who were left of the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivite and Jebusite, who were not of the Children of Israel — “

II Chron 8:7 — “All the people who were left of the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, he Hivite and the Jebusite, who were not of the Children of Israel –“

Ezra 9:1 — “When these [matters] were concluded, the officers approached me, saying, ‘The people of Israel, the Kohanim and the Levites have not kept themselves apart from the peoples of the lands; [doing] like the abominations of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Jebusite, the Ammonite, the Moabite, the Egyptian and the Amorite.”

Neh 9:8 –“You found his heart faithful before You, and You sealed the covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Jebusite and the Girgashite — to give it to his offspring; and You affirmed Your word, for You are righteous.”

As scene from Kings and Chronicles, the Perizzites were not destroyed and annihilated as YHVH intended, they became laborers as conscripted by King Solomon, until this day. So they’ve existing since the Abram but it’s unclear if they existed during the recount of the descendants of Noah.
