CRP – Day 12: Job 32 – 34

Chapter 32:

Job friends stop. Speaking to him (stop responding), for they saw that he was righteous in his own eyes.
The wrath of Elihu (“He is my God), son of Barachel (“Blessed of God”), the Buzite, (“Contempt, despise”), of the family of Ram, (“high, Exalted, Elevated), See Genesis 22:21, descendants of Nahor, brother of Abraham.
Wrath towards Job, b/c he thought himself more righteous than YHVH. Wrath towards his friends b/c they had not found a proper response and had condemned him.
Verse 8:
“But [in truth,] it is a spirit in a man, and it is the soul from the Almighty that gives them understanding;”
Chapter 33:
Verse 14:
“For God speaks once and sees no need for twice.”
Verses 16 & 17:
“Then he uncovers people’s ears and seals their afflictions, in order to divert a person from his [planned] action, and to suppress pride from man
Chapter 34:
Verses 14 & 15:
“If He were to set his heart against someone, He would [simply] gather in his spirit and his soul to Himself; all flesh would expire together, and an would return to the dust.”
Verse 21
“For [His] eyes are upon man’s ways, and He sees all his steps;”
Verse 26 – 28:
He strikes ths wicked in their places, in a place of witnesses, be caused thy turned away from followingHim, and didn’t contemplate all His ways, causing the cry of the needy to come before Him, and He hears the cry of the poor.”
