Leviticus 11:1 – 23
Of the animals you can eat, those with split , completely separated into double hooves, hooves AND (my emphasis) chews its cud.
Of everything in the water, everything that has fins AND (my emphasis) scales
Of the birds you can NOT (my emphasis) eat the following birds:
The eagle,the of rage, the osprey, the vulture, the kite, the raven, the owl, the night hawk, the cuckow, the hawk, the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl, the swan, the pelican, the gier eagle (golden vulture), the stork, the heron, the lapwing, and the bat.
Of the flying teeming creature that walks on all four legs you can ONLY (my emphasis) eat the locust, the bald locust, the beetle, the grasshopper, all others are an abomination.
