Ex 33:2 – 3
“I shall send an angel ahead of you, and I shall drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivvite, and the Jebusite — to a land that flows with milk and honey, because I shall not ascend amount you, for you are a stiff-necked people, lest I annihilate you on the way.”
The Canaanites, Amorites, Hittites, Hivvites and Jebusites are all descendants of Ham.
The Perizzites, it’s unclear whose descendants they are.
